We anchored our design sprint on “campaigns” as the target event.
In a cross-team workshop, we mapped the old campaign flow with disjointed steps, unclear progression, delayed metrics. And reimagined it into a new flow with guided setup, real-time previews, and contextual tips for both first-time and pro creators.
This session gave us a clear blueprint for a streamlined journey and a more engaging campaign management experience.
